You also need access to a working mobile phone that is unlocked to any network, or alternatively, compatible with O2, Vodafone, or 3.
Eligible persons can seek out a referral for the free SIM scheme by speaking to a staff member at a participating local Digital Inclusion Hub offering the National Databank.
